Hey Jackie! I’ve been a subbie of yours since the longest. I think you are one of the best make up artists out there as far as I know. I wanted to ask you how did you become a make up artist? How did you get started in the business? I know you used to work for MAC, but from what I’ve looked up and my information is that you have to be an artist before they hire you. I really want to get started in the business I just don’t exactly know where to begin? Of course I do a lot make up and look up new trends, try everything out but how do you really get started? I tried to do cosmetology in college but they mostly do hair, which is not my passion at all, I’m just interested in skin care and make up and beauty but not hair so cosmetology is not my thing. Can you give me a few tipps? I would really appreciate it. I admire your work.
